1 Come, journey to a humble dwelling;
follow paths the shepherds trod.
In the silence, kneel in wonder,
gaze upon the face of God.

   Let earth and heaven
   anthems sing.
   Let all the people
   proclaim that Christ is King.

2 Come, see the place where Mary laid him;
see, a manger was his bed.
See his mother, rapt in wonder,
softly, softly, kiss his head.

3 Come, tell the news of our salvation:
God is cradled in that room.
Glimpse his path with holy wonder:
manger, cross and empty tomb.
