1 O Lord, I bring myself to you,
Christ bears my guilt and shame;
because you are a faithful God
I call upon your name:
when darkness overwhelms my soul
your promised grace I claim.
2 O Lord, I bring myself to you,
your mercy to receive;
each morning keep me in your love
and all my sins forgive:
your Holy Spirit fill my soul
and guide me how to live.
3 O Lord, I bring myself to you
and give you all my days;
but need your strength to overcome
the failure of my ways:
so, as your light shines in my soul,
let others learn your praise.
