Rescue the poor who are crying for help, assist the orphans who have no-one to save them, bless the dying, make the widow's heart sing for joy; put on justice as your clothing and righteousness as your robe; be eyes for the blind and feet for the lame; take care of the needy, and champion the alien; in the name of Christ destroy the power of the evil one, and the blessing of God almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit be upon you wherever you go. Amen.
