       your will be done today. 
       Lord, help us strive to realise 
       this goal for which we pray.
       Keep us aware in all we do -
       your kingdom is at hand.
       Your kingdom come, your will be done
       in this and every land.
 
2    Your kingdom come where sick are healed
        and captives find release,                                              
        where truth is spoken lovingly                                     
        and conflict turns to peace,
        where those once blind now see the light
        and those once deaf can hear.
        Your kingdom come, your will be done
        for liberty is near.
 
3     Your kingdom come! Lord, you must reign
         and rule within our hearts.
         Make pure our motives, guide our thoughts
         that we may play our parts.
         Lead us to do new works of love,            
         inspire the words we say.               
         Your kingdom come, your will be done
         throughout our lives each day. 
 
4      Your kingdom come to work like yeast
          and grow like mustard seed.               
          Such is the treasure you provide,
          exceeding all we need. 
          So let us pray, and use each day
          the talents you have given -                            
          your kingdom come, your will be done
          on earth now as in heaven.
