Changes in Jubilate personnel

In September 2011 Roger Peach was appointed by Jubilate to the new part-time post of Editorial Co-ordinator. At the end of December, Paul and Merrilyn Williams retired from their joint role as copyright manager/administrator and Emma Allen has taken over their work.
